Individual and couple therapy, available wherever you are.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy allows you to take a pause for yourself, to take stock, navigate a difficult period, better understand yourself or initiate change. It’s a space where you can explore your emotions, thoughts and behaviours. You will be supported in your process, at your pace, in an atmosphere of trust and without judgement.
Couple Therapy
Couple therapy is aimed at two people who wish to improve their communication, restore a healthier connection or navigate relational challenges. Whether to strengthen the relationship, understand each other better or handle a transition, the journey takes place in a caring environment fostering respect for each person and the expression of needs.
Therapy for Students (18-25 yrs)
Therapy for students is intended for young adults aged 18 to 25 who wish to be supported in their personal, academic and relational journey. It provides a space to take a step back, better manage everyday challenges and develop concrete tools to move forward. A student discount is offered upon presentation of a valid school schedule and student ID.
Student discount available for ages 18-25 (conditions apply).
